Antique Japanese Kirishitan (Christian) rare and antique Tsuba

A very rare Tsuba forged and lacquered with copper in the Nakago hole and a border ring. Fine handwork of a 19th Century Japanese master.
With a openwork Christian Latin cross. The Tsuba was mounted on a lost antique Koshirae. With a Honoki wooden luxury collector box.

Estimated Age: Edo end period

Measures: 8,2x8,1 cm.
